The class was “Digital Illustration Workflow Hacks” by The Artmother (AKA Alexandra Gabor) in case you’d like to take the class too. This beginner class will introduce you to the first part of illustrating on the app: all the pixel fun! I'm so excited to jump into this new software with you! Let's get started.I must say the more I use this app, the more I like it it’s different from Adobe Fresco, which offers the incredible live brushes (I talked about this topic in my previous blog in case you missed it) but I still like it for other features that are not present in the other app.Ī few days ago I followed a class on Skillshare (I promise you they don’t pay me to talk about Skillshare all the time, I just love this site and I can’t get enough of it!), and I learned a couple of tips and tricks that I found really useful. Throughout the class, you'll learn the program without even realizing it, as I'll be guiding you through creating a darling storybook illustration that could be plucked right out of a children's book or fairy tale! You'll learn how to utilize layers while illustrating for ease when applying textures and additional color, make creative choices to enhance the character and the best export options for your piece. This class begins by introducing you to the user-friendly program, offering a quick tour of the user interface, along with demonstrating gestures that will make your workflow a seamless one. That's right! BOTH fully scalable and our regular well-known pixel workspace on the same canvas. Adobe Fresco is an app for the iPad featuring a seamless interface that utilizes both vector- and pixel-based projects in the same workspace. I'm so excited to dive into one of Adobe's latest releases: Fresco.
