I unmount the drive and use windows to set just the image as compressed, which makes it fast boot and does away with any known folder events. C:WINDOWSsystem32> edit recImg works seemingly fine with SoftPerfect RamDisk set as a portable drive loading an img from boot. I find out the performance of copying to ramdisk is poor than copying to SSD. ALSO, if you are using Softperfect RAMdisk, there is an option to create a backup image on the RAMdisk each time you shutdown, thus retaining those caches. Recovery image creation and registration completed successfully. That test folder's size is 275M and includes approximately 5000 files. We can do this via the use of disk images. But I copy a folder from system disk (SSD) to the ramdisk and copy to another folder on the same SSD, to compare the performance between this two ways. Even I try to use the "mklink" command to make a "cache" directory in Google Chrome's data folder, it is failed.
